A walk from Elmley Castle, up Bredon Hill to the tower, and back down to  the Queen Elizabeth Inn for lunch. Pub lunch, book at pub before setting off. Meet leaders at start.

Anyone For Skittles ? - 06/03/2020 1830

A skittles evening has been arranged at The Blue Bell Inn Ryall.  The skittle alley is  booked from 6.30pm to start playing at 7pm.  It is a fun evening where we are playing against each other. We will have a break to have a basket meal provided by The Blue Bell. See choices on the booking form. The cost is £9.50.  Drinks may be purchased at the bar.  No previous experience required. Come and learn from those that think they can play! For those who want to make an evening of it, there is a band playing in the bar from 9pm.

A walk through Cotswold countryside. Could be Miserden side or could be Elkstone  in the lap of the Gods and the whim of the leader.  Picnic lunch.

Severn Bore Walk - 11/03/2020 0845

We must be walking by 9.30 as the  bore that can up to 20 minutes early. Therefore there can be a long wait at the view point. After the 4* bore the walk continues on  around Almore.  Meet leader at start.    Pub lunch.

Poets and Daffodils - 15/03/2020 0930

Starting at Dymock Church we see the first daffodil meadow ‘Veil Mill on   Poets  Path, then on to Ryton, Cutmill and Ketford passing Callow Farm conservation area and Ketford Nature Reserve. Mostly easy walking. Possible tea and cakes in church after.  Picnic lunch.

From the centre of Broadway up the Cotswold Way to Broadway Tower before  descending back to village via Broadway Court.  Pub Lunch.

Circular walk from Fold Bransford - 25/03/2020 0900

Flat moderate walk. Some road walking, fields. Break at Leigh tithe Barn.  Wimpy walkers welcome (there is 1 or 2 hour walk on nature trail to self guide ) Bring snack and drink. Shops and coffee shop on site with chance to have a snack at  the end of walk. Meet leader at start of walk.

Walking the Wessex White Horses 8 Alton Barnes Circular Walk - 03/05/2020 0900

Long walk – leave Honeystreet for Alton Barnes, along White Horse Trail towards  the White Horse and to the Wansdyke earthworks. Continue along WHT but turn south towards All Cannings, continue along canal to Stanton St Bernard and back to car park.  Shorter walk excludes Wansdyke and All Cannings.  Coffee/tea at Honeystreet Mill café 10 mins into walk.   Picnic lunch for both.
