From the car park walk to the main Abbey gates in Church street, opposite Mill street to collect your Treasure Trail leaflet from us. Please bring a pen or pencil. Meal at the ‘Royal Hop Pole’ hotel afterwards. Numbers limited to 50 please book with Ken or Linda by 15th June.

Minibus leaves Morrisons 0900. Arrive at North Street car park, Pewsey. (free) Long walk from Pewsey to the White Horse, to Milton Lilbourne, to Kennet/Avon canal, returning to Pewsey.
Short walk from White Horse to Milton Lilbourne and back to Pewsey. On way home, meal at 6pm at The Bayberry, Swindon

From The New Dawn Inn, Norton walk a level to thr River Severn. One steep climb, walking poles useful if ground wet, up Sandhurst Hill. Then steep descent via Bishop’s Norton to the pub. Meet leader at the start. Pub lunch.

Start and Finish on The Blorenge near Abergavenny - 19/08/2018 9-00
From car park walk towards The Lamb and Fox and onwards through the disguised slag heaps. Follow cycle track passing lakes and through a nature reserve to B4246. A slight climb to The Blorenge. Continue to the masts. Short walkers to take path back to car park. Long walkers carry on round the rim of The Blorenge. Picnic Lunch.
Tea and cake on route back home – cafe next to Raglan Castle.
